On December 27, 2020, UAE resident Mary Christine will attempt to climb 5,895m / 19,340 ft. Mt. Kilimanjaro which is the world's tallest freestanding mountain, the tallest mountain in Africa, and one of the seven summits.
This Challenge will support a charity project in partnership with Friends of Cancer Patients to raise funds for Karin, an 8-year-old Stage 1 Leukemia patient who is currently undergoing chemotherapy treatments and will require a bone marrow transplant. Karin's family is unable to cover the medical costs due to limited family income and the high cost of treatments.
Please give generously in support of this great cause and let's make a real difference in this child's life by giving him a future he deserves - all funds, whatever the amount, are much needed and greatly appreciated.
