Educate a Child, Transform the World
I’m Aribah, a university student in Dubai, passionate about the transformative power of education for children in Pakistan.
I am participating in The Citizens Foundation (TCF)’s Ambassadors of Change program this summer because I believe every child deserves a chance to shine, and through this program, I can use my voice to help create real change for underprivileged children in Pakistan.
Education has the power to transform lives, yet millions of children in Pakistan still lack access to this basic right.
These children are full of potential — curiosity, creativity, and dreams. But many are held back, not by talent, but by opportunity.
In many communities, especially for girls, poverty and cultural barriers force children to trade classrooms for chores and survival.
But when given a chance — safe classrooms, caring teachers, and quality resources — children don’t just survive, they rise. They break poverty cycles and build brighter futures for themselves and their families.
That’s exactly what The Citizens Foundation (TCF) is doing every day.
With over 301,000 students in 2,033 schools led by 14,700 female teachers, TCF is one of the world’s largest independently run school networks, recognized by The Economist.
Through its work, TCF is closing Pakistan’s education gap and transforming lives every day.
This mission thrives on the belief in education’s power to break cycles and rewrite destinies.
With just AED 50, you educate 1 child for a month, or AED 600 for an entire year, and help them build a brighter future.
Every dirham counts — your generosity can open doors, change lives, and shape tomorrow’s leaders.
Let’s invest in education.
Let’s invest in the future.
Let’s give every child a chance to rise.
