My name is Saif Seer and I study in Jumeirah College. I have been lucky enough to be able to go school since I was 3 years old. Having grown up in the UAE in a well-to-do household, I have been fortunate enough to have access to excellent resources. But this is not true for a lot of children in Pakistan as their parents do not have the means to send them to even the most basic of schools. Thousands of children wake every morning not to got to school, but rather to work in fields, factories or on the streets to make hardly enough money to wake up the next day. I would really love to help those children.

So, this summer I have joined the Ambassadors of Change program at The Citizens Foundation (TCF), a non-profit organization that builds and operates formal schools in the urban slums and rural areas of Pakistan. TCF has 2,033 school across Pakistan where children were previously out of school. The Foundation is the largest private employer of women in Pakistan with an all-female staff of 14,700 teachers and principals. Today, TCF has an enrollment of 301,000 deserving students.

My goal is to raise 3000 AED to help them educate the less privileged children of Pakistan and turn their small dreams into big realities because with education comes change, Please contribute to this noble cause and  become a champion of change.  

Every AED 100 donated provides 2 children with a month of education. 

Your donation, no matter how small, could be the reason a child sits in a classroom, rather than sitting on the side of the road. Please consider donating and sharing the campaign with friends and family. Whether it’s AED 20 or AED 200, no donation is too small.
