Eligibility:

- Participants must be 10 years of age or older.

- All participants are required to complete a medical questionnaire prior to the dive. If any medical conditions are flagged, a signed medical statement from a physician may be required.

Booking & Availability:

- Experience must be booked at least 14 days in advance, subject to availability.

This experience is valid for 12 months from the date of auction.

- Blackout dates may apply during peak seasons and holidays.

Experience Inclusions:

- The experience includes a 20-minute online theory session, a 30-minute confined water introduction, and a 45-minute sea dive.

- All necessary diving equipment will be provided.

- Optional underwater photos and videos are available for purchase.

Cancellation & Rescheduling:

- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled dive for a full refund or reschedule.

- In the event of severe weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, the experience may be rescheduled at the discretion of the dive centre.

Safety Requirements:

- Participants must follow all instructions provided by the PADI-certified instructors.

- The dive centre reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who poses a risk to themselves or others.

Non-transferable:

- This prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other services.

Liability:

Chloe Blue Diving Club and its partners assume no liability for any personal injury, loss, or damages during the experience.
