Our mermaid tails weigh 10kg + and once we are in them we cannot move.
If the children will be in the water with the mermaid a waiver must be signed prior to the event and all children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
If the mermaid feels it is unsafe at any point they have the right to end the meet.
